Sierra Leone Parliament passes new Ebola law

A new Ebola law which imposes a maximum jail term of 2 years for anyone caught hiding an Ebola patient is at it final stages of becoming a law. Ansumana Jaia Kaikai a parliamentarian lauded this latest provision in the fight against Ebola and said that this law will ensure that the government controls the spread of the disease by clamping down on citizens that have resisted steps in fighting the disease.
